You are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If within the next 30 days, you experience an issue with the plugin that makes it unusable and we are unable to resolve it. We will offer a full refund of your money.

What it means for you: If you experience a technical issue with the plugin that makes it unusable within the 30-day refund period. You can choose to request a full refund right away or allow us to try to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we will process the refund.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover refunds for the following cases:

  • 3rd party conflicts
  • Discovering a better alternative
  • Change of mind.

Subscription support is a service provided by Spider-Themes via email. All of our products include 12 months of project support from the date of purchase. Support includes:

  • Bug fixes
  • Documentation
  • Item updates

Please note that the time it takes to respond to your request may vary. If you’re waiting for a fix or update, it may take days (weeks) for the fix to be properly reviewed and published. Our support can also suspend providing project support.

If you experience technical issues with product support, you may be asked to access your website details to provide precise assistance.

What’s Not Included in Subscription Support

Installation and Setup: Supports project installation and setup excluding clients. However, clear documentation is provided for all items regarding installation and setup.

Customization: Subscription does not include the service of modifying or extending the item beyond the original features style and functionality described on the product page.

Hosting Server Environment or Software: We do not need support with questions about your web hosting or server environment, or with software, you install on your computer to use our products.
