  • Product subscription and product license key collection. 
  • Subscription renewal.
  • Forum access. 
  • Support form access.

We try our best to get to your support ticket within 24 hours or less. During weekdays and bank holidays, it may take a bit longer.

To renew your license/subscription, follow the steps shown below: 

  1. Visit your Spider-Themes user account and log in. 
  2. Navigate to the "LICENSES" section.
  3. Switch the filter from "Active" to "All".
  4. Search for the applicable license key or ID.
  5. Hover over the license and click the recycle icon.
  6. This will initiate a renewal email to be sent to the license owner.
