Job Description for the Role of WordPress Developer

Spider-Themes is seeking a talented & experienced Mid-level WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-level WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing & maintaining WordPress websites and plugins, ensuring their functionality and performance.

You will collaborate closely with our design & development teams to implement new features, enhance user experience, and optimize website performance.

Job Responsibilities

Develop & maintain WordPress products, ensuring quality coding standards & best practices.
Collaborate with the design team to implement designs & ensure seamless integration.
Customize & extend existing WordPress themes and plugins.
Optimize product performance by conducting regular testing, debugging, & performance tuning.
Ensure cross-browser & cross-platform compatibility of products.
Collaborate with the development team to define project requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver solutions on time.
Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues or bugs.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements Mid-level WordPress Developer:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Solid understanding of WordPress core functionalities, themes, and plugins.
Experience in custom theme development and plugin customization.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experienced with React.
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

On-site Office (Remote not allowed): Maulvi Para 23/6, Brahmanbaria Sadar, Bangladesh.

Salary:

Up to 40,000 BDT, depending on your experience.
