Affiliates Agreement

Terms

Earn 30% commissions on any purchase of any membership type.
The tracking cookies are set to stay active for 60 days.
You can view all your statistics from our affiliates area.
Payments are processed by PayPal and Payoneer.
A waiting period of 30 days applies to refund requests. Commission payouts are made on the first day of each month and can be carried over from one month to the next.
The top affiliates will be rewarded with extra profits.
The reversal of commissions on transactions involving chargeback or fraud is within our rights.
Without prior notice, we retain the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions for affiliates.

Restrictions

Commission cannot be earned for affiliate purchases made by oneself.
Your domain name must not include 'spider-themes' unless it has been explicitly authorized and approved.
Commission cannot be earned by resorting to spamming, misleading tactics, or forcing viewers to click on tracking links.
Unless specifically approved, commission cannot be earned from ads such as Google Adwords.
We hold the right to reverse commissions that lack referral URLs.
Any affiliate who breaches the program terms may forfeit their related commissions and face termination of their affiliate account, with or without prior notice.
